Payment Processing Specialist

Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Houston, TX, 77060 $20-$25 Hourly Based On Experience Must Haves: 2-3 + Years of experience in customer service, data entry, billing, payment processing, banking, or administrative support Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other computer systems Ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Day to Day: We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to support payment and refund processing operations. In this role, you'll review requests, update information in company systems, verify customer data, and help ensure payments are processed accurately and on time. Responsibilities Review and process refund and payment requests Verify customer and payment information for accuracy Enter and update information in company systems and spreadsheets Maintain accurate records and documentation Monitor email and work queues for new requests Research discrepancies and elevate issues when needed Follow established procedures and company guidelines Meet productivity and quality expectations #J-18808-Ljbffr
