Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is the Perry-Miller Streiff Group’s efficiency guru — the operational backbone of a founder-led, fast-moving team who knows how to activate everything already available across the Perry-Miller Streiff Group. You will own day-to-day operations, systems, financial administration, and team accountability, serving as the primary liaison between leadership, staff, agents, and vendors. You will help the team lead, Ryan Streiff, directly pursue growth opportunities — both internally and through expanding the team’s target markets. We're looking for a discerning, grounded operator — data-driven, resourceful, humble, hungry, and people-smart — who turns big, fast-moving vision into calm, scalable execution without missing a beat for clients.
