Responsibilities The Bartender at Canyon Ranch Resort is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service within an upscale, wellness-focused restaurant environment. This role includes preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, wine, and specialty beverages using fresh, high-quality ingredients, while supporting seamless restaurant operations through accurate order taking, timely service, and close coordination with servers and kitchen staff. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Canyon Ranch recipes and service standards. Deliver personalized, attentive service while creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience. Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, working closely with the restaurant team to ensure timely service. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, including opening and closing duties. Provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations and accommodate guest preferences whenever possible. Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking, and communicate supply needs to management. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and Forbes Five-Star standards. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and warm hospitality while effectively communicating with a variety of guests. Part-time and full-time positions available with flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. 1-2 years of experience in bartending in luxury resort or hospitality environment preferred. Position requires regular lifting of up to 40 lbs and the ability to remain active throughout shifts.
