At least six months of travel experience. Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for. Why Solutions By Sanford You will be paid weekly, with your stipend included in the weekly pay rate. You will also be eligible for Sanford Benefits. Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend or move to another Sanford site. Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. The RN collaborates with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. The RN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise, uses appropriate age and population‑specific standards, and cares for patients in all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up. Responsibilities also include planning and coordinating care, patient assessment, patient education, triage and various other nursing interventions. The RN functions within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and the Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure. Qualifications (Detailed) Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA, etc.); Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the state board of nursing where practice is occurring or possesses multistate licensure if in a NLC state.
