Business Analyst

Column technical Services is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with ALIP expertise who excels at translating complex business needs into impactful solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead key discussions, and play a vital part in delivering high-quality implementations. **Sponsorship is not available for this position** Job Description:- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ALIP implementations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Lead requirement workshops and manage requirement traceability.
- Support SIT/UAT cycles and business validation.
- Ensure alignment with insurance domain processes.
- 6-10 years of experience working with ALIP or comparable platforms
- Bachelor's degree or in a related field required
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Team-focused with a collaborative approach to problem solving
