Catering Operations Assistant

Job Full Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Facilities & Catering Coordinator to support daily kitchen and cafeteria operations while coordinating catering services for meetings, events, and internal functions. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth facility operations and delivering an excellent experience for employees, guests, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Job Summary

• Direct and support kitchen and cafeteria operations
• Plan, coordinate, and execute catering services for meetings and events
• Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
• Coordinate with outside vendors and manage catering-related agreements and services
• Assist catering vendors onsite as needed during meetings and events
• Provide light catering support for internal meetings, including box lunches, snacks, and beverage service
• Perform administrative and office support duties to assist the Catering Department
• Maintain organized communication and scheduling for facility and catering operations
• Support cross-functional collaboration with various departments throughout the company

Experience Required

• Previous kitchen, cafeteria, and/or catering experience preferred
• Experience coordinating vendors and external service providers
• Administrative or office support experience preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
• Ability to rarely lift up to 50 lbs

Position Type: Contract


Pay: $18.00 -$21.00 /hr


Schedule : Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
