Senior Property Manager

Senior Property Manager – Class A Office, Retail & Mixed-Use We are seeking a Senior Property Manager with 5–10 years of commercial real estate experience to oversee a portfolio of Class A office, retail, and mixed-use assets . This role requires a hands‑on leader with strong financial, operational, tenant relations, and capital project experience. Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day operations and overall performance of Class A commercial assets. Own annual budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis . Lead capital projects and tenant improvements , from budgeting and bidding through vendor selection and completion. Manage tenant relationships, lease administration, vendors, contractors, and on‑site teams. Partner with ownership and senior leadership on property performance, capital planning, and strategic initiatives. Qualifications 5–10 years of progressive commercial property management experience. Strong Class A office, retail, and/or mixed‑use experience. Proven ability to independently manage budgets, financials, capital projects, and vendors .
