OverviewLocation: Remote/work from home with strong preference for candidates residing within the UPH geographies of Iowa, Illinois, & WisconsinShift: Full-Time, 40 hours/weekWe are seeking a Healthcare IT Revenue Cycle Applications Manager to join our team! This role is part of our IT leadership team and will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and supporting key Revenue Cycletechnologies acoss our health system. In this position, you will ensure that our revenue cycle applications deliver the value, performance, and reliability needed to support the overall revenue cycle- Patient Access, Billing, Claims, Health Information Management (HIM), Transcription, Referrals, and Scanning/Imaging Workflows.The Senior Manager will partner closely with system and market leaders, Solutions Analysts, and Managed Service Providers to drive high‑quality service delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. This position also provides direct leadership to the Solutions Architect team and works in alignment with Informatics, Training, Clinical Applications, Imaging, Interoperability, Project/Portfolio, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle applications (front end, middle, and back end) and be able to consult with operational leaders, analysts, and vendors in regard to various areas within revenue cycle management.
