Research Coordinator, PDD

Job Posting Title: Research Coordinator, PDD Location: Dallas - Hospital Additional Posting Details: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Duties/Responsibilities Assist in preparation and maintenance of research and regulatory documents for Research Advisory Panel, Institutional Review Board, and other regulatory agencies Identify eligible patients and obtain informed consent Collect, validate, and enter data into research databases or spreadsheets Assist with the preparation and submission of abstracts, journal manuscripts and other presentations as needed Supervise summer students/interns and contribute to the training of Level I and new Level II Research Coordinators Required Skills/Abilities Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in clinical research CCRP certification Must have proficient computer skills in a Windows environment; spreadsheet software knowledge a plus Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other health professionals as well as substantial interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with patients, their families, and the community. Critical thinking skills and time management skills are required; must have the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision At Scottish Rite for Children, we work together with the common goal of helping give children back their childhood.
