Senior Staff Product Designer

A client with Kforce is seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer to join their team in Oakland, CA. Summary: We are seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer to join the client's Money team, a mission-driven group dedicated to making financial progress possible for everyone. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the end-to-end customer experience across Company's banking and money management products, setting the vision for how millions engage with their finances.

• 7-8+ years of UX/UI/Product design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role, and significant experience in mobile app design
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and the ability to tackle ambiguous problems
• Exceptional visual, interaction, and systems design skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Deep understanding of human-centered design, accessibility, and usability principles
• Expert knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and user research
• Deep knowledge of user experience methods, innovation, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design frameworks, concept visualization, problem-framing skills and design principles
• Familiarity with mobile design guidelines and best practices (e.g., Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design)
• Proven track record of shipping impactful consumer-facing digital products, ideally in fintech, banking, or financial wellness, with a proven track record in mobile product development
• Proven track record in setting a vision for great customer experiences, inspiring others to get behind the vision, and ultimately delivering products and services that are known for their delightful experience and ease of use
• Ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization, balancing business needs with member advocacy
