Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for local float assignments at a skilled nursing facility. The role requires providing quality direct patient care and supporting nursing staff to ensure residents' well-being.

Responsibilities:

Support nursing staff by delivering basic patient care in accordance with care plans.
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to appropriate personnel.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
Follow facility procedures and comply with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification in the state of New Hampshire.
Proven experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
Ability to stand, walk, and assist residents for extended periods.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must provide a valid state or federal photo ID and copy of CNA license.
COVID-19 vaccination completed or documented exemption required.
