Competitive pay: $50–$65/hour (depending on experience & position) Flexible scheduling: Full-time & PRN shifts available Comprehensive benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO Supportive culture: Collaborative team where your skills are valued Your Role as an Occupational Therapist As an Occupational Therapist at Loudoun Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will: Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve independence in ADLs Address functional deficits related to strength, cognition, coordination, and safety awareness Recommend and train residents in adaptive equipment and environmental modifications Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomesAccurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes Assist with discharge planning and caregiver education What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Valid VA Occupational Therapist license and registration Experience in long-term care or geriatric rehab preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Compassionate, team-oriented, and resident-focused Loudoun Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is an equal opportunity employer.
