At K&L Gates, we are looking for smart, imaginative, and hard‑working people to join our Construction and Infrastructure group. The role is based in the Pittsburgh office. Responsibilities: Litigate complex commercial disputes related to design and construction. Work closely with senior attorneys to handle client matters and develop case strategy. Assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact under mentorship. Work independently and as part of a team. Provide high‑quality client service and maintain excellent communication. Qualifications: Two to four years of experience litigating complex commercial disputes in construction and infrastructure. J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills. Preferred: Degree or background experience in design/construction industry. Base Compensation: $210,000 - $265,000 per year (final amount determined during the interview process).
