Assistant Store Manager - AT&T Authorized Retailer, Prime Wireless

$25.00 - $40.00/hour (hourly pay + commission + incentives)

Prime Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager. We’re searching for a candidate who can support the Store Manager, inspire the sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve outstanding sales results. If you’re passionate about technology and thrive on coaching a high-performing team of wireless sales consultants, this is your opportunity to shine.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
  • Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
  • Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
  • Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty. 

Qualifications

  • REQUIRED: 1 year of recent wireless retail experience
  • Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/ streaming services.
  • Exceptional communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth
