?? Indoor Industrial Distribution Warehouse We are currently hiring reliable and experienced warehouse associates for a fast-paced distribution center in Tolleson, AZ. This facility handles a wide range of industrial materials including parts, tubing, metals, and general warehouse products. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term career potential for dependable individuals who are looking to grow in a stable warehouse environment. ?? Pay Rates
- Pickers: $19/hr
- Packers: $21/hr
- Reach Operators (Hyster): Competitive pay based on experience
- Monday - Friday
- Shift options:
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Overtime available
- Must be open to working some Saturdays as needed
- Operate Hyster Reach Truck safely and efficiently
- Pull and stage pallets, cases, and single-item orders
- Load, unload, and move inventory throughout warehouse
- Work with warehouse paperwork including packing slips and order documents
- Use wrapping and strapping equipment
- Maintain accuracy and speed in a high-volume environment
- Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently from warehouse inventory
- Use packing slips and handheld tools to complete orders
- Stage items for packing or shipping
- Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail with every order
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment
- Verify product accuracy and quality before packing
- Label, seal, and stage completed orders for shipping
- Follow shipping instructions and documentation requirements
- Maintain clean and organized packing stations
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Reach Truck (Hyster) experience required for operator role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills (multiplication and division helpful)
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and move throughout entire shift
- Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
