Hands-On Regional Property Manager - Multi-Property Leader

AIR Communities is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead operations, sales, finances and teams across a portfolio of multifamily communities in Northern Colorado. This is a field-based leadership role requiring a strong onsite presence 4–5 days a week to support teams, evaluate performance and drive results.
