This is a 1st shift position, Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm.Role Responsibilities:Cycle counts pre-determined inventory items per cycle count proceduresReport cycle count activities and maintain cycle count reportsReconcile inventory differencesDetermine root causes for inventory errorsWrite corrective actions for solutions to inventory problemsAssist planner and buyer in inventory planning functions and proceduresAssist in maintaining inventory control workflow proceduresMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (GED)Basic math skillsComputer knowledgeAbility to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety documents, and procedure manualsAbility to read standard tape measurementsPreferred Qualifications:3-6 months in a production/manufacturing environmentShipping department experience, cycle counting experience, inventory controlHourly Rate: $20.73Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.Employee benefits are part of the competitive total rewards package that Donaldson Company, Inc. provides to you.
