Representative - Event and Promotions Lead

Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotions, events, and guest engagement initiatives to drive participation and enhance the guest experience Perform responsibilities related to the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program and other duties as assigned Issue complimentary items and offers to guests based on established play levels and company guidelines Deliver exceptional guest service and build lasting relationships with patrons Execute marketing promotions, special events, and casino activations Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and operational procedures Respond to and resolve escalated guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure successful execution of promotions and events Conduct drawings and promotional activities using the casino drawing system Maintain accurate inventory records for promotional items, gifts, and gift cards Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere Compensation Target Rate: $25.30/Hour Additional Benefits $7 Daily Employee Parking Physical Demands & Work Environment Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach Occasionally required to sit or stoop Must occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds Requires visual acuity to perform close‑up activities, peripheral oversight, and distinguish color The work environment is fast‑paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Requirements Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be knowledgeable with casino computer systems Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board High-level public relations and customer service skills are required Must have a working knowledge of table games and slot machines Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must be 21 years of age or older About Bally's We're Bally's, and we've always been born to entertain.
