Position Details: Location: Bartow Regional Medical Center, 2200 Osprey Blvd, Bartow, FL 33830 Facility: BayCare Health System, Surgery-BRMC Status: Pool Shift: Variable (Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies) On Call: Yes Always in person Weekend Work: Occasional Remote work: Never Summary: Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team Responsible for professional accountability and development Minimum of 18-months RN experience is required for this role. For this position, we strongly prefer at least 1 year RN experience in Operating Room.
