Job Summary Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Field Sales Representative you will report to a Payroll Division Manager, receive coaching from a Territory Manager, explain our value proposition via Atlas CRM, upsell current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintain regular communication with the Payroll Territory (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM). Responsibilities Prospect new clients. Maintain client records in Atlas CRM, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information and other relevant details. Achieve minimum production requirements, setting first‑time appointments to secure a win. Continuously build and develop knowledge of our product portfolio and industry developments. Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with leadership. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check. Must live in the area relative to the job posting location. At least two years of relevant experience. Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills. Works well independently and as part of a team. Incentive‑driven sales “hunter.” Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity. High sense of urgency and innate sales talent. Enjoys cold‑calling and speaking with people face to face. Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results. Ability to be in the field at least 50 % of the time. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Prior experience in a B2B sales role. Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
