Title Dental hygienist Job Description Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis), scaling, and root planing Conduct periodontal charting and monitor gum health Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed Conduct oral health screenings and review patient medical/dental histories Provide patient education on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care Document patient assessments, treatments, and education accurately in dental records Maintain strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols Collaborate effectively with dentists, hygienists, and front-office staff Build patient trust, ease anxiety, and communicate clearly and compassionately Salary Range full-time $62 - $65 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
