Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and construct personalized therapy strategies designed to help them reach their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily life skills.
• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on effective therapy techniques to foster ongoing improvement at home.
• Evaluate and Record Progress: Monitor patients' clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring they remain on track to their goals.

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications will be encouraged and supported.

Necessary Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
