Position Overview
Home Instead is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in Mobile, AL. In this role, you will provide personalized, in-home care to seniors, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. If you are someone who takes pride in caring for others and making a meaningful impact every day, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Provide companionship and emotional support
Follow individualized care plans and agency policies

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Current TB test and/or ability to obtain
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
