European Head of Bioactive Ingredient Sales (Germany)

Debut is seeking a senior sales leader to own the European go-to-market for its bioactive ingredients in beauty and personal care. You will build the regional strategy, forge key CM and brand partnerships, and drive long-term supply agreements while coordinating with R&D and marketing.

The role requires extensive travel across Europe, fluency in English and French or German, and a proven track record launching novel ingredient platforms in the EU market.
