Collaborate with clients on patent strategies. Draft and file patent applications. Analyze technical documents and prior art. Requirements 1-2 years of patent prosecution experience. Patent bar membership. Background in physics, engineering, or related disciplines. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Superior academic credentials. Education B.S./B.A. in relevant field; advanced degrees preferred. Certifications Patent bar membership. Skills Knowledge in AI/ML, solid state physics, quantum computing, or related areas preferred.
