Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services primarily within a Medical/Surgical setting
• Deliver patient care in an Acute Rehabilitation unit as needed
• Float to Acute Rehab unit when required to meet facility staffing needs
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using the facility's EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Oklahoma
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
• Ability to work in both Medical/Surgical and Acute Rehabilitation settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Med/Surg or Acute Rehab hospital environment
• New graduates with relevant clinical affiliations in acute care or rehabilitation will be considered
• Prior travel therapy assignment experience is a plus
