Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license (required)
• Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY considered
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Teletherapy experience is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Dedication to evidence-based, student-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with varied communication needs
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance learning outcomes
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and document sessions in accordance with school and professional standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with state and federal requirements
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship activities
