Manufacturing Associate

Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Associates to join our client in Arlington, VT. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a vital role in the production process by operating various machinery to assemble and manufacture products. Your responsibilities include using small hand tools, inspecting and cleaning parts, disassembling returned units, and maintaining a tidy work environment. This position requires dedication and attention to detail, as well as the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Requirements High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of manufacturing experience Strong work ethic and excellent attendance Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks Capacity to stand for an entire shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs What We Offer Weekly pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on shift Available overtime opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Opportunities for career growth and skill development within a supportive work environment Shift Options

1. st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2. nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3. rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
