Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Agent's Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our insurance services and providing essential support to our busy agent.

Responsibilities:

• Generate daily reports and maintain accurate records.
• Run various errands for the agent, both personal and business-related.
  • Examples of errands include picking up supplies, visiting the post office, taking dogs to the groomers, handling mail, and picking up groceries for the business owner.
• Assist with scheduling personal trips and managing the agent's calendar.
• Conduct research tasks to support business operations.
• Coordinate and organize repairs for properties, including those related to rentals.
• Provide administrative support for insurance-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for running errands.
