Retail Associate

Position overview
This entry-level role supports day-to-day store operations while assisting customers, maintaining merchandise, and keeping the sales floor organized.

On-site environment: This is an on-site position. The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable.

What you’ll do

· Greet customers and provide in-person assistance

· Stock, recover, organize, and merchandise products

· Answer basic product and store-policy questions

· Support checkout, returns, fitting rooms, or other store functions as assigned

What helps you succeed: A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.
