PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturing company.
We are hiring a Injection Molding Machine Operator.
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:00PM-10:30PM CST
Pay Rate: $18.70/hr
Overtime: Must be available to work 8-10 hour shifts on Saturdays a few times per month.
Injection Molding Machine Operator Summary:
- Operate and maintain injection molding machines.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Package finished products according to specifications.
- Complete production and downtime reporting.
- Support continuous production operations.
- Maintain safety and quality standards.
Injection Molding Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate injection molding presses safely and efficiently.
- Perform visual quality inspections of molded products.
- Package and label finished products.
- Load and unload components from production equipment.
- Complete production, scrap, and downtime documentation.
- Move materials and products throughout the production process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ years of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
- Ability to lift, stand, and work in a production environment.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
