Pay Miles
Van Reefer: Earn $0.54 – $0.64 per mile
Weekly pay ranges from $1,350–$1,900 ($70,000 - $100k annual)
Average miles are 2300-2500, and can run up to 3000+ (weekly)
Paid for picks, drops, detention, and layovers
Longevity Pay to reward your commitment.
Qualify for additional 5 ½ CPM for meeting safety standards

Home weekly for 2 consecutive nights (if preferred)

Driver Requirements
Valid CDL Class A license
Minimum 6 months of experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed). No Flatbed experience? We'll train you.
Steady work history (no more than 2 companies per year)
Driving record:
No more than 4 minor violations in 3 years
No more than 1 preventable accident in 3 years
No DUI or SAP convictions in the past 3 years
