Schedule

12-hour shifts; Days: 7 AM - 7 PM; Every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 12 hours per shift; Contract Duration: 6 weeks.

Requirements

Active LPN license in the state
12 months of recent LPN experience

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient health and progress
Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote optimal patient outcomes
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
Educate patients and their families on health management

Compliance / Notes

Orientation will be provided during the first shift.
