Seeking a dependable Full-Time Lead Direct Support Professional to teach and assist people with disabilities to be independent in their daily activities. Applicant must:- Must be an eligible driver for RRHSF (at least 25 years old, valid driver's license, & driven for 5+ years) and have a reliable, insured vehicle
- Be dependable, reliable, and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Demonstrate ability to approach challenging situations with a calm approach
- Provide different levels of support to people with disabilities to meet their needs
- Provide training and oversight to other DSPs
- Attend team meetings and appointments as needed
- Be willing to assist with personal cares
- Assist Residential Coordinator and House Coordinator with administrative duties, including medication record audits, financial audits, data audits, and preparation of house menu and grocery list
- Pass medications and assist with medication training of other staff
- Participate in on-call rotation

Monday: 6:00AM-11:00 AM
Tuesday: 4PM-10 PM
Wednesday: 6AM-11 AM
Thursday: Open
Friday: 3PM-10:30PM
Saturday: 3PM-10:30PM
Week Two:31.5 Scheduled Hours; 8.5 Office Hours to be Filled
Sunday: 3PM-10:30PM
Monday: Open
Tuesday:4PM-10PM
Wednesday: 6AM-11AM; 3PM-9PM
Thursday: 3PM-10:30PM
Friday: Open
Saturday: Open
Every other holiday
On-call rotation
