Qualifications and responsibilities for this Customer Service Manager (Manufacturing) position include: 5+ years of customer service, account management, operations, or manufacturing experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience in precision manufacturing, medical, semiconductor, or aerospace manufacturing environments preferred ERP system experience required; Epicor experience is a plus Lead all customer service activities and customer-facing communications Oversee order management, order accuracy, acknowledgments, and customer requirements within the ERP system Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Sales to ensure customer commitments are met Recruit, train, coach, and develop customer service personnel while driving continuous improvement initiatives Salary $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
