We are looking for a passionate and nurturing individual who can create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for infants in Wilmington, DE. Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants. Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes growth and development. Observe and assess children's progress and development regularly. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and daily activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the overall learning experience. Ensure compliance with state regulations and safety standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Requirements: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. At least 2 years of experience working with infants in a childcare setting. Current CPR and First Aid certification required. Strong understanding of child development principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Passion for nurturing and educating young children. Background checks and clearances as required by state regulations.
