Sam's Club #8145 2521 Route 130 S, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077-3018 Position Summary Full-time associate responsible for overseeing inventory flow, operating forklifts, providing member service, and maintaining a safe, organized sales floor in accordance with Walmart and Sam's Club policies. Responsibilities Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, following company guidelines. Receive, organize, and inventory merchandise from distribution centers, maintaining accurate paperwork and logs. Provide member service by recognizing member needs, offering guidance with self‑service technology, and resolving issues. Maintain safety of the facility through regular sweeps, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe conditions. Manage sales floor presentation: zone, stock, rotate merchandise, remove damaged or outdated goods, and set up promotional displays. Assist in picking club pick‑up orders and perform occasional accuracy audits. Track inventory levels, control shrinkage, and report poor inventory practices. Maintain equipment and ensure products are organized and stocked correctly. Identify shrink opportunities and recommend corrective actions. Engage customers proactively, especially with technology services, and model assistance to others. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and partners to prioritize work and communicate progress. Adhere to ethical standards, act with integrity, and support a regenerative company culture. Strive for continuous improvement, embrace learning, and mentor team members. Qualifications Minimum 90 days of experience operating a forklift and forklift certification. Ability to safely use pallet jacks. Minimum age 18 years. Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience. Retail experience. Experience supervising a team. Compensation Hourly wage: $20.50 – $28.50 per hour (minimum wage compliant).
