Salesforce Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud, Community Cloud/Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, while leading cross-functional teams and engaging business stakeholders.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.10+ years of overall IT Project Management experience.5+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects.Experience managing teams of 7–10+ technical resources.Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting:5,000–7,000 internal users300,000–500,000 external users5–7 million+ recordsExperience with:Service CloudCommunity Cloud/Experience CloudMarketing CloudStrong understanding of:Agile/ScrumSDLCRisk & Stakeholder ManagementProject Planning & DeliveryExperience coordinating Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Architect).Project Management Institute PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.Experience with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.Experience managing large customer or citizen portal implementations.
