Commercial Service Specialist

Supporting and managing day-to-day operations for commercial banking clients, the full-time remote Commercial Service Specialist will serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, onboard new accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients via phone or email to support daily servicing needs Develop proactive relationships with clients to identify solutions and improve their banking experience Coordinate with internal departments to manage and resolve client needs effectively Required qualifications High school education or equivalent with 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Disciplined self-motivation and effective time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within team environments Proven resolution-based problem-solving abilities
