Business Analyst

Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst . This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX (Onsite) . Job ID: 26-22377 Pay Range: $35 - $42/hour. Key Responsibilities: Review historical and current business data. Analyze customer complaints and escalations. Identify trends, patterns, and business insights. Flag concerns and potential issues. Conduct research on customer journeys and historical cases. Recommend process improvements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare reports and communicate findings. Build institutional knowledge of Product Safety operations. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Must Have : Strong Business Analysis experience. Data analysis and trend identification. Process improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Reporting experience. Storytelling with data. Initiative and willingness to learn. Korean (Reading and Speaking preferred). Regulatory familiarity. Consumer electronics or home appliance experience. Power BI. SQL. Tableau.
