Facility: This hospital is a well-established community medical center providing comprehensive healthcare services to the eastern Oregon region. The facility features a supportive outpatient clinical environment with a dedicated hematology/oncology program, supported by a hemoc-trained ARNP and nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care.

Opportunity: Physician - Hematology Oncology

Job Details: Provide direct hospital-based outpatient care and serve as chemotherapy program director/provider Outpatient only setting - no inpatient admissions or inpatient practice See approximately 15-18 patients per day in an outpatient clinic environment Perform bone marrow biopsies - this is a critical and required skill Handle 1-3 consults per week Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Thursday, 3 weeks per month (4-day work week) Assignment duration: January 1, 2027 through 9-12 months Utilize ECW (EClinicalWorks) and Meditech EMR systems Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years with residency completion) required Active Oregon license required - IMLC and non-licensed candidates accepted but must obtain OR license during credentialing Residency and/or fellowship required BLS and DEA certifications required Credentialing timeframe approximately 30 days after receiving documents Preferred lodging available at Oxford Suites
