PRN RECEPTIONIST

ReceptionistThis position is responsible for all incoming calls to the facility while providing basic clerical support to the employees. Will assist with getting visitor badges for anyone needing to be on campus. Will help with initial admission paperwork. Will take care of daily incoming and outgoing mail. Assist with releasing company vehicles to employees for general transportation and transports. Assist with Temperature Check station coverage. Facilitates appropriate responses to emergency codes. We are looking for someone who has a great deal of flexibility. Typing 50 wpm with knowledge of grammar, punctuation and spelling. Knowledge of general office equipment. Requires organizational, verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions. Working knowledge of software programs such as Windows, Word, Excel, etc. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Required: High School Diploma, 1 Year of Customer Service, 1 Year of Phone Skills Preferred: Previous experience working in a healthcare setting. Universal Health Services
