Supervisory Training Specialist - Arlington, MN

*Pay: $60k-$65k yearly

*Location: Arlington, MN

*Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time

*Shift: Day Shift

*Job Summary: Seeking a hands-on leader to develop and oversee training programs for production employees while driving safety, quality, and process improvements throughout the manufacturing operation. This role works closely with operators, supervisors, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure consistent training and operational excellence.

• Develop and maintain employee training programs
• Train, coach, and support production operators across departments
• Ensure training materials and work instructions remain accurate and up to date
• Identify and implement process improvements related to safety, quality, and productivity
• Coordinate cross-training and employee development initiatives
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee selection efforts
• Monitor adherence to production processes and procedures
• Provide backup production supervision when needed
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering teams

• 1+ years of training, leadership, safety, EHS, or supervisory experience
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience developing and delivering employee training
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement
• Ability to lead change and implement new processes

• Fabrication, laser, or turret manufacturing experience
• Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience
• Operations management back ground
• Quality systems and process engineering experience
• Employee development and performance coaching

This is a Permanent position based out of Arlington, MN.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
