Job Title Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer Job Details Location: Brooklyn, NY - Hybrid (3 Days onsite/2 Remote) Employment Type: Full Time Duration: 1 Year with Extensions Start Date: 8/1/26 Hourly Rate: W2: $70-$83 per hour Application Deadline: 6/22/26 Overview We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to support our NYC client. This role involves engineering, administration, and Tier 2/3 support across 311 cloud and on‑premises infrastructure, Active Directory, Entra ID, ManageEngine BSP, and IAM operations. The selected candidate will maintain secure identity services and provide off‑hours support as needed to support 24x7 operational coverage. Tasks Active Directory Engineering and Administrator – 30% Entra AD Engineering and Administrator – 40% MEBSE Engineering and Administrator – 20% IAM T2 Technical Support – 10% Duties Provide IAM engineering and operational support for 311 cloud and on‑premises infrastructure. Perform Active Directory engineering and administration, including identity, access, directory, and authentication support. Manage Entra ID engineering and administration activities, including configuration, troubleshooting, and support. Support ManageEngine BSP engineering and administration for IAM-related operations and service delivery. Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 IAM technical support, resolving escalated access, authentication, and account issues. Participate in 24x7 operational support coverage, including off‑hours calls as needed. Mandatory Qualifications 12+ years experience of hands‑on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IAM solutions. Demonstrated expertise with Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth. Proven track record successfully delivering projects involving complex technical subjects and tasks. Deep understanding of RBAC methodologies. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. Desirable Qualifications PowerShell scripting experience. Entra/Azure Active Directory experience. Browser controls experience. Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on‑premises identity environments.
