What You'll DoAs a Team Leader, you will coordinate daily fulfillment and packaging operations while ensuring productivity, quality, and shipping deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and support warehouse and fulfillment team members
- Assign daily workloads and balance staffing to maximize efficiency
- Oversee packaging, fulfillment, and shipping operations
- Monitor production schedules and address workflow bottlenecks
- Receive, organize, and stage incoming work from production departments
- Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Verify packaging, labeling, inserts, and shipping documentation
- Coordinate shipments using FedEx, DHL, and approved carriers
- Prioritize work based on customer deadlines and production schedules
- Track production status and communicate updates to management
- Monitor inventory levels of packaging supplies and materials
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality Control, and Production teams
- Maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with company security and quality requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, warehouse operations, distribution, shipping, mailing, printing, or production environments is highly valued.
