Behavioral Tech, One-On-One Instructional Aide

Under the direction of the assigned administrator and as part of a treatment team this position implements evidence-based behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in one-on-one and in group settings.

Requirements / Qualifications

Unofficial College Transcripts (if you have over 48 college units completed or completed an AA degree) OR Satisfactory results from a Proficiency test 5. Experience: 1 year of experience working with students on an individual education plan (IEP) with physical or verbal challenging behaviors.

Applicants who have their high school diploma and meet the experience requirement MAY BE invited for Proficiency testing. Meeting the above does not assure you of a test or an interview.
