Strategic Financial Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Serving as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, the full-time Strategic Financial Analyst will provide analytical rigor and strategic insight to drive corporate strategy, M&A, pricing, and R&D investment initiatives in a dynamic, private equity-backed SaaS environment. Key responsibilities: Lead end-to-end M&A analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence support Develop comprehensive market sizing frameworks and investment theses for new product introductions Construct and maintain dynamic financial models to support go-to-market decisions and quantify strategic investments Required qualifications: B.A. in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics required 7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy Prior experience in a private equity-owned or PE-backed company strongly preferred Expertise in financial modeling, including M&A and SaaS metrics Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
