Simulate outbound sales calls with prospective customers to generate realistic AI training data. Demonstrate strong rapport-building, objection handling, and persuasive communication techniques. Structure and document customer interactions accurately for AI model training and evaluation. Contribute to the creation and refinement of outreach scripts, prompts, and messaging frameworks. Analyze AI-generated sales responses and provide feedback to improve tone, clarity, and conversion effectiveness. Collaborate with AI, product, and data teams to enhance outreach strategies and model performance. Requirements Strong experience of proven telemarketing, preferably in a remote environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone. Strong active listening and interpersonal skills to understand customer needs quickly. Ability to work independently as well as within distributed teams. High attention to detail in documentation and follow-ups. Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
