Compensation: $1967 - $2370 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care through professional and clinical expertise.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Float within the same specialty across local facilities as required.
• Work every other weekend.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5-6.
• Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
• Experience with the EPIC system is mandatory.
• Current state nursing license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association are necessary.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required (medical and religious exemptions may be considered).

Working Conditions

This position involves working night shifts and requires flexibility to float between facilities within the same discipline.
