- Schedule and confirm appointments for orthodontic consultations and treatments.
- Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with insurance verification and processing to ensure smooth billing.
- Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-centered demeanor
- Knowledge of insurance policies and billing procedures.
- Passion for working with children and providing exceptional service.
- Must be dependable, reliable and on time
